Returns and Refunds

At Shift Minimal, we curate premium lifestyle products for our global community. We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a clear 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged in transit, suffers a mechanical defect, or is incorrect, please contact our support desk immediately at support@shiftminimal.com with your order number and clear photographic/video evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will immediately arrange for a brand-new replacement to be dispatched to you at zero additional cost, or issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

2. Change of Mind Returns

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, you must first contact support@shiftminimal.com to receive an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct regional fulfillment warehouse address.

Please note: Do not mail items back to the address printed on your shipping parcel, as our automated overseas distribution facilities cannot process unauthorized inbound packages. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse network, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
