By accessing or purchasing from Shift Minimal, you agree to use our storefront and services in accordance with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

Products and Availability

Shift Minimal curates premium lifestyle products for a global customer community. Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and delivery estimates may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but minor differences in color, packaging, sizing, or presentation may occur.

International Fulfillment and Importer Responsibility

By purchasing products from Shift Minimal, you acknowledge that your order may be dispatched through international fulfillment routes directly to your destination address. The customer acts as the Importer of Record. Shift Minimal is not responsible for localized customs holds, import inspections, or random carrier delays native to cross-border shipping lanes.

Order Limitation and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Customers must contact support@shiftminimal.com before sending any item back so we can provide the correct RMA and warehouse routing instructions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shift Minimal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the storefront, delayed international shipping, customs inspection, carrier disruption, or unauthorized return shipments.
